BEfore watching, please, you need to revise some cooking  words and ingredients to understand it properly:

• abroad: en el extranjero
• dining: cena
• while: mientras que
• still: todavía
• tasty: sabroso

• Scones: Bollos (especie de bollos típicos en UK, mirad la foto)

• gravy: salsa típica de los asados, muy sabrosa

• Shepherd: pastor. Se refiere a una receta típica inglesa, la cual nos explican, lleva carne y está cubierta de puré de patata, luego se gratina con queso. 
• minced: picar (picado, se refiere , por ejemplo a carne picada)
• Roast: asar
• Mushy: puré
• Steamed: hervido al vapor.
