SUBJECT AND OBJECT QUESTIONS, ACTIVITIES AND EXPLANATION

What is the difference between: 

• Who likes chicken? 

• Who do you invite to eat chicken?

The first is a subject question, in which the WH element is the subject of the sentence whereas the second is an object question, in which the subject is YOU and who has the fuction of Indirect Object.

Together with the previous, we also have to add some extra "question forms" in which we combine WHAT + OTHER WORDS, like the following picture shows.

QUESTIONS IN ENGLISH
A. Questions in English always require the use of an auxiliary verb that appears at the beginning of the sentence followed by the subject of the sentence.

B. The answers will depend on the type of question. Eye on the second person!!!
