OUR TASK:
- There are two characters: one is the customer, the other is the shop assistant
- The customer wants to complain about a broken appliance
- There are many intersting options:
- Both characters get angry about the situation becuse the customer doesn't bring the receipt
- The customer is angry because the poor quality of the service. They don't seem to mend things properly
- The shop assistant is angry because the appliance looks broken on purpose or the warranty has already expired
- The shop assistant mends the appliance and they are really happy about the situation
- The customer wants to talk to the manager at the shop. But the shop assistant doesn't want to.
