OUR TASK: 

  • There are two characters: one is the customer, the other is the shop assistant
  • The customer wants to complain about a broken appliance
  • There are many intersting options:
    • Both characters get angry about the situation becuse the customer doesn't bring the receipt
    • The customer is angry because the poor quality of the service. They don't seem to mend things properly
    • The shop assistant is angry because the appliance looks broken on purpose or the warranty has already expired
    • The shop assistant mends the appliance and they are really happy about the situation
    • The customer wants to talk to the manager at the shop. But the shop assistant doesn't want to. 
  • If you can invent more interesting situations, GO AHEAD!!!
